The aurora borealis (aka the northern lights) shining and dancing overhead is a sight that has to be seen to be believed. The next best thing is some long exposure photography and a time lapse video! I was lucky enough to witness this powerful solar storm above Lake McDonald in Montana's Glacier National Park. I hope it won't be the last time!
